We have worked as one of their primary representatives for over ten years and have helped many clients through the process of building some of the largest and most beautiful homes within Central Florida. Landmark Custom Builder and Remodeling is a 100% custom builder founded by Eric and Edie Waddell in 2004. Their clients appreciate their passion for quality and the personal, hands on, consultative approach. Their high end finishes, attention to detail, and quality workmanship have set their builds apart from the competition.
Landmark is known as a luxury builder for designing and building an array of estate style homes including some of the highest revenue producing vacation rental homes in the Central Florida area. Landmark builds for all types of clients in any Central Florida neighborhood.
Destination homes by Landmark is a semi-custom product. It was created to provide our clients a luxury home at a lower price point and still maintain the high level of standards expected of Landmark.
There are a number of six to ten bedroom floor plans available to choose from, that were created to maintain a high rental performance. Semi-Custom means the client is able to make some adjustments and variations so that it can reflect more of them when finished.
