Consultation

Our goal is to understand what is most important to you, our client. As well as to ensure you are aware of the process and have all questions answered. We want to make sure our relationship starts out on solid ground through a thorough, relaxed, informal, in person consultation

Staging

Giving your home the most curb appeal possible, and staging the home where it is in the best light for the most amount of buyers is a crucial step to getting the most and selling the fastest. We bring our experience for you to make all appropriate staging suggestions and vendor reccomendations.

Marketing

Getting your house on the market entails much more then just putting a sign in the yard, or posting it on the MLS. We make sure that your listing is on all relative real estate sites. We create multiple landing pages that get posted through out social media, and emailed to other agents. As well as host regular, ongoing openhouses, which are advertisedin advance.

Reporting

We will communicate with you all along the way as to the steps that have been taken to sell your home as well as the feedback from buyers and other Realtors. We provide a comprehensive monthly performance snapshot report which provides all of the important factors pertaining to the progress of selling your home.

Customer Service

We present any and all offers. However the highest offer isn’t always the best. We help you navigate between different offers, and assist in determining the best and most secure offer based on your overall goals is where we help you get the best deal.

Closing

When it comes time to help facilitate the closing process, we use digital signing for your convenience and records. We help you understand the timeline, which each document means and answer any questions you might have.
