We can search together… There are many different websites that will allow us to search homes currently available like Zillow.com or Realtor.com and both can be useful. However in this market homes can go quickly, so having real time access can save you a lot of time. We want to provide you access to our MLS, so that you can see what we see. Getting Qualified
With todays market it is crucial that you are prepared to make an offer when you find the home you want. Sellers are not only looking for the highest offer, sometimes even more important to them is that the offer is secure. You must be pre-qualified BEFORE we go looking at homes. We are happy to refer you to a few of our top Mortgage lenders that can qualify you for a purchase amount and provide an approval letter which will give the seller confidence that you have the ability to close on time.
Touring your favorites
Once we have identified a home or a selection of homes you are interested in seeing, we will handle the logistics. We will identify the best time to view for you, create an ideal touring route, and contact the sellers or their agent to confirm and ensure access. We have the ELB (Electric lock box) key and in most cases can gain access without any other realtors having to be there.
IF you are from out of town, no worries. We often will perform virtual tours, where you can walk with us on your favorite device.
Making an offer
How your offer is structured and presented can make the difference in whether it is accepted or not. We make sure we understand what is important to the seller and that your offer is put in the best light for acceptance. Sellers are not always looking for the highest price. Many times the strength of your ability to follow through and close on time can put you ahead of the pack.
