Encore Resort at Reunion is located just outside of the Gates of Reunion Resort and Golf Club, however has no affiliation.
This community is zoned only for short-term rental and requires owners to have a membership and use certain management companies. Owners either use it solely as a rental investment or second home.
The community is comprised of only single family homes that range from 5 bedrooms up to larger 12 bedrooms.
The big draw to Encore Club is it’s location minutes from Walt Disney Worlds entrance, larger rental opportunities at a more affordable rate, and their water park which features larger slides.
The resort operates more like a hotel, with their main check-in center and club house offering guests to check-in and get resort information.
The clubhouse also offers simple on-site dining, as well as a fitness center and game room.
The community is centered around the water park and is a short walk from any home within the community.
The community is completely built out and offered a number of different home designs. All of the homes are designed to accommodate larger families or groups.
Typical home prices range from $600k to $1.5M, depending on occupancy, location within the resort, and any additional themed or specialty rooms.
Most homes have private pools and outdoor living areas and owners try to increase their marketability by turning the garage into a specialty room, or theming out one of the other rooms.
